Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa Announces Felix Nunez
as the Executive Chef

Sanibel Harbour, Fla. – Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, a serene yet sophisticated resort tucked among 85 acres of lush landscapes and breathtaking coastal scenery, proudly announces Felix Nunez as the executive chef. Responsible for all food and beverage operations throughout the resort, Nunez will be presented with the challenge of exceeding guests’ expectations at each of the seven distinct dining options while offering superb catering to more than 80,000 square feet of meeting space.

Nunez touts more than 25 years of experience at famed properties such as the Willard Intercontinental in Washington D.C. and Intercontinental The Barclay New York. Nunez most recently held the position of Executive Chef at The Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel and previous to that was the Executive Chef at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Nunez has developed dining experiences in Florida at both The Tides South Beach and Intercontinental Miami. Nunez’s style features American fare with European, Latin and Asian fusion.
